How Teleforce handles information from tryteleforce.com and the client portal.
Effective October 24, 2026
This policy is from TLF IP LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating Teleforce, at 1111 Brickell Ave, Floor 10, Miami, FL 33131. Questions and privacy requests go to sales@tryteleforce.com.
It covers the public site and the client portal at portal.tryteleforce.com. It is about the executive assistant service. It is written in plain language. It is not a substitute for the Terms.
Information we collect
We collect what you give us, and a small amount of technical information the site needs to run.
- Quiz and site forms. Work email, and if you continue, name, company, phone, and how you heard about us.
- Signup. Full name, work email, the password you choose, the plan you select, and that you accepted the Terms. The password is stored as a hash, not as the password itself.
- Payment card. Entered in Stripe’s secure field. Stripe processes the card. We do not store the full card number. We keep a Stripe customer reference so we can bill the plan when billing starts.
- Booking. A discovery call uses the Google Calendar scheduler on the site. Onboarding and kickoff use Calendly. Those services collect the name, email, phone, and time you enter there.
- Portal records. Account details, match status, and, if you accept a match, the time of that acceptance and the browser details sent with the request.
- Cookies and tags. The site loads a Google Ads tag. It can set cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and ad conversions. See Cookies below.
How we use it
- Send the quiz plan and reply to a form.
- Create the portal account, schedule onboarding, present a match, and book kickoff.
- Place a card on file and charge it only when the Terms say billing starts.
- Send account, Terms, and match email.
- Measure which ads and pages lead to a quiz submit or a booked call.
- Keep the service secure and meet legal duties.
We do not sell your information for money.
Who we share it with
We share information with the companies that run the service. They use it for that purpose.
- Stripe processes the card. We do not store the full card number.
- Resend sends portal email, including the welcome note, the Terms, and match messages.
- FormSubmit delivers quiz and other site-form submissions to our sales inbox.
- Google provides the Ads tag and the Calendar appointment scheduler embedded on the site.
- Calendly provides onboarding and kickoff scheduling at calendly.com/tryteleforce-sales.
- Vercel hosts the client portal.
- Turso stores portal account and match records.
We also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect Teleforce, our clients, or someone else.
Cookies and Google tags
The site loads Google’s tag for Google Ads (measurement ID AW-18403081564). The tag can store cookies or similar identifiers on your browser so we can tell that a visit, a quiz email, or a booked call came from an ad. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you do, the site still works, and ad measurement may be less accurate.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and quiz messages stay while we are working the request, and for a reasonable sales record after that. Portal account and match records stay for the life of the account, and afterward for as long as we need them for billing, security, and legal duties. Card details stay with Stripe under Stripe’s own retention rules. You can ask us to delete what we still hold. We may keep a limited record of the request itself, and anything we must keep by law.
Your requests
Email sales@tryteleforce.com to access, correct, or delete your information, or to limit how we use it. Tell us the email address you used, and what you want. We will reply to that address.
California. You can ask us to know, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of a sale or share. We do not sell personal information for money. The Google Ads tag is advertising measurement. If you want that treated as an opt-out of sale or sharing under the CCPA, say so in the email and we will honor it for the information we control.
EEA, UK, and similar laws. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy, or to object. Email the same address. We are a U.S. company and we do not have a representative in the EEA or the UK. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Teleforce is a business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child gave us information, email sales@tryteleforce.com and we will delete it.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date at the top. The new version applies from that date. If a change is material, we will also say so on this page.
Florida
Teleforce operates from Miami, Florida. Florida residents can use the request rights above, and can write us at 1111 Brickell Ave, Floor 10, Miami, FL 33131 or sales@tryteleforce.com. The Terms are governed by Florida law. This policy describes how we handle information. It does not change those Terms.
